As usual, MPCC is going to observe “148 Birth Anniversary of the Rashtrapita Mahatma Gandhi ji” on Monday, the 2nd October,2017 at Congress Bhavan from 8.00 onwards under the leadership of Shri TN Haokip, Hon, ble President, MPCC. In the observation ceremony, a social services/cleanliness programme shall be conducted. Shri O.
