Imphal, 15 Feb: Shri Govindas Konthoujam, President, MPCC distributed certificates to the participants in the closing function of the 3 days state level seva dal residential training camp which was started from 13th Feb. at the premises of Congress Bhawan, BT Road, Imphal. Dr. Kh. Ratankumar, Vice President, Shri Hareshwor Gowshwami, General Secretary (Admn), Secretaries, Chief Organiser, Seva Dal Manipur and office-bearers of MPCC attended in the closing function.
