Imphal, The 25th Feb (ANI): Ramya Haridas, Congress MP,(Lok Sabha), Alathur, Kerala, National Secretary, Indian Youth Congress (IYC) wrote to the Prime Minister seeking to conduct RT-PCR test of all international air travellers arriving at the airports in India free of cost or to cancel it, as passengers have to produce RT-PCR test reports done 72 hours prior to departure.
